DULCE DE LECHE SPREAD
- Boulart® Apple Cinnamon Loaf
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 1 can prepared dulce de leche
- Kosher salt
- ½ a lemon
- In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese in the mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Remove the mixing bowl from the stand and use a rubber spatula to gently fold the dulce de leche with the cream cheese.
- To finish, add a touch of kosher salt and the juice of half a lemon. Stir to combine, then refrigerate until use.
- Spread generously over slices of warm Apple Cinnamon Loaf.
