  • Boulart® Apple Cinnamon Loaf
  • 1 tub cream cheese
  • 1 can prepared dulce de leche
  • Kosher salt
  • ½ a lemon


  1. In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, whip the cream cheese in the mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Remove the mixing bowl from the stand and use a rubber spatula to gently fold the dulce de leche with the cream cheese.
  3. To finish, add a touch of kosher salt and the juice of half a lemon. Stir to combine, then refrigerate until use.
  4. Spread generously over slices of warm Apple Cinnamon Loaf.
